Refund Policy

Thirty days, and you're allowed to use it.

Most return policies ask for the product back unopened. This one doesn't. Stick it on after every long run, take it through a training block, turn the intensity all the way up. If at any point in the first 30 days you decide it isn't for you, email us and we'll refund you in full — and you keep the device.

How to get a refund

Email support@bermudasolutions.store with the name or email address you ordered under. That's all we need. We'll confirm by email and send the refund to your original payment method.

No return shipment. No original packaging. No inspection, and no questions about what condition it's in — using it is the entire point of the 30 days.

Damaged, defective, or the wrong item

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@bermudasolutions.store with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you'd rather have. The 30-day guarantee above still applies on top of this.

Refund timing

Once we've confirmed your refund, we process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed and you still don't see it, email support@bermudasolutions.store and we'll chase it from our end.

Exceptions

Gift cards aren't refundable. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery fall outside this policy — email us anyway, we read everything.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. To exercise that specific right, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. That right sits alongside the 30-day guarantee above rather than replacing it — the 30-day guarantee is the more generous of the two, and it's available to you either way.
